Develop a closer connection between parents, caregivers, teachers, community members and organizations by encouraging involvement; enhance Newport City Elementary School students' educational experience by supporting academic and enrichment activities in inclusive, accessible and enriching means, in and out off our community; and improve the environment at Newport City Elementary School by providing volunteer and financial support.
